Hi , I am with southern electric , and want to stay with them , but i need to re-new the deal by end of January . they are showing 3 x deals on there web site. i have dual fuel ( gas and electric ).
1, standard
2, fixed price
3,fix and shop ....with free gift voucher

But they all seem to show the same price ???..which do you think would be the best one to go for ? please :)

Why do you want to stay with them? The gas and electric are still the same product no matter who you buy from. Why not shop around for the cheapest tariff?

I find it unlikely that Standard tariff is the same price as the others-it's usually the most expensive.
Rather depends whether you want a fixed tariff or a variable one, only you can decide that.
And I wouldn't be fixing at a time when prices are being cut-others are bound to follow BG.
You don't have to make a move by the end of Jan, if you do nothing you will simply move to Standard.
But, as above, why restrict yourself to SSE? Use a comp site and then a cashback site to get the best deal, armed with your annual kWh usage.
No free lunch, and no free laptop ;)
