Can't print on my Epsom sx125

I have tried unplugging the mains and usb and I have held down the power and ink buttons and the ink button is still flashing !!!! It's a round red circle with a triangle inside . Can anyone help me get it working again !!!!! It's a red teardrop flashing button indicating it is something to do with the ink ? Not sure what to do
