I have formally complained yes. They apologised and said they would ensure he got no more letters or phone calls. His and my accounts (separate) both say no marketing. I guess this one has slipped through the net. Don't worry, I'm not in the least disappointed enthusiasticsaver and I am quite aware how these things work. I am still going to the bank later on today (it's now way, way past my bed time LOL) and thoroughly waste their time though!0
