George Foreman Warranty

Options
I recently purchased a George Foreman grill from Amazon in October. Over Christmas I realised that the top grill was not heating up properly on one side, and the other side has become quite black. I haven't ever used the grill for more than 10mins each time and I wipe it down with warm water after every use. I have emailed the George Foreman (the company, not the man) twice through their uk website (1st Jan & 10th Jan I believe) but haven't heard anything back yet. Has anyone else had similar experiences...?!

Pick up the phone and speak to George Foreman (the company, not the man).

Alternatively, speak to Amazon as they sold the thing to you..

The bottom side always goes a bit black as that is what the meat is rested on. You need to clean it between uses.
