First Parking LLP

Hi there, I just received parking ticket from the university carpark in England for not showing a valid permit.

There website to pay is also down.

I got a ticket on my windscreen I have no idea about the methods they use to reclaim the fees and whether they are likely to take people to courts?

i got the fine on 12/01/2015.

Thanks any help would be appreciated in what to do and how to go about it.

Thanks

If you think this is a fine, you better start at the top of the board where it says newbies.
Until you read and understand, we can not really help, you need some knowledge of the invoice first.

I agree with that last post, no company has the legal right to "fine" you, only a court or a judge can do that, this has not been dealt with by court or a judge, so its not a "fine"

read the NEWBIES sticky thread, then reply when you understand the topic

You tried to PAY them??!! Why?!

Why not read the outcome today from the other F1rst thread here on page one or two, about the University of Bath. So easy to win on appeal once you read the Newbies thread as well.
