Close board fencing quote

Hi guys, looking for a little advice, so far have had two fencing contractors out to my house to quote on a replacement fence for my back garden, close board fencing at 6 feet high, 15 metres long down one side and 8 metres long down the back.
Had one confirmed quote at £1320.00, this includes removal and disposal of the old fencing too, not had the other quote back yet but does the £1320 seem like a reasonable amount or on the expensive side?
Thanks

Doesn't sound too bad imho.
We recently paid £2700 for 43m of 6' close board fencing. The price also included quite a bit of clearing/stump removal as the previous owner had allowed the garden to become fairly overgrown in parts. The fence also had to be built up in some areas as the ground is not level (house built onto a hillside) and involved custom panels as garden is irregular in shape.
Overall work took one guy around seven days to complete.....Mortgage-free for fourteen years!

seems reasonable, make sure with regards to disposing of the old stuff that they're registered waste carriers.0

Thanks for the replies, I am obv going to get at least two more quotes and the first quote I got back today said he would beat any other price I did get.
I'm looking for a quality job, not necessarily the cheapest price and the contractor who came today showed me a few pics of recent work he'd done too.0 -
Concrete or wood posts? Does the price include a top rail?"You were only supposed to blow the bl**dy doors off!!"0

I think it's using 5x5 wooden posts and no idea about a top rail, he didn't mention one, is that something I need?0

At about £59 per metre that is a very reasonable quote.
5"x5" posts are a bit excessive unless the fence is exposed to high winds.
By top rail I think the other poster means a capping rail -with capping this gives a nicer finish and protects the ends of the boards.
kind regards.0
