can't receive/send email on my Hudl

For the last couple of weeks I have not been able to send or receive emails on my Hurdle, it keeps saying SIGN IN FAILED, but I can get them on my laptop.
I phoned talktalk, but they said they can,t help with Hurls.
Has anyone got any idea how I can fix it please.

The ultimate answer is not to use email from your ISP to avoid issues such as this one, and it's also a barrier to you switching ISPs. I'd suggest setting up a free email account with one of the many providers (e.g. hotmail, gmail, ymail, gmx, to name just a few), and set up autoforwarding on your talktalk email.0
