Amazon Auto-rip help

Can anyone help me with Amazon and downloading MP3 versions of CDs I have bought?
I'm sure I read recently that you can now download copies od CDs you've bought over the last 15 years. Also just before Christmas I bought the new Pink Floyd album, and that was definitely advertised as coming with "autorip"
But when I log into Amazon Music, it only lists two (Katie Melua!) albums and nothing more.
Am I missing a step here? Am I meant to sync my shopping and music accounts in some way? All Amazon could say in respose to my enquiry was "Phone us" ... so I thought I'd ask forumites instead
Excuse typos. Son sitting on one arm so typing onehanded.

I'm not sure, but it only takes a minute or so to rip them yourself (and potentially in better quality than the Amazon rips). Just a thought...0

Due to circumstances, I no longer have some of the original CDs that I have bought in the last ten years, that's why I was looking at the Amazon facility.I don't recall doing anything special with mine. If I go to Amazon, click on Your Account, then select music library, it shows all the albums for which autorip is available.
See, that's how I thought it should work. But I only have the 2 albums listed, none of the others. Oh well, looks like I'll have to phone Amazon and ask them. Thanks for confirming that I'm not doing things wrong.:heartpuls Mrs Marleyboy :heartpuls

If someone else has them (e.g. relationship break-up) then, legally, you probably shouldn't have digital copies.0 -
I've just downloaded 600 songs from previously purchased CD's of Amazon.
At first it only showed two albums - you have to download the Amazon Music which will take you about 2 minutes that's the tool that will delve into your purchase history. But only those tunes that have autorip - I have about 100 more albums that have no autorip as they are very rare. You can check your purchase history on Amazon and see if your albums have the autorip symbol by them to be absolutely sure. Failing that start a chat session with Amazon customer service who should be able to advise you more.
I'm just happy to get a back catalogue back I thought I had lost forever :-)0
