    Yeah, it gets complicated though. More than it should be.

    I am in a final salary scheme but there is also a linked AVC DC scheme with Prudential.

    I will look into the salary sacrifice thing a bit more closely. As you say, if I can then transfer it to a SIPP when I retire/leave my employer, that would work well. Thanks!
