    No they aren't slow.

    It's 48 hours-plus for a review.

    It may have escaped you but today is Sunday (worldwide) and yesterday was Saturday.

    Be patient.

    I have had a similar thing this weekend, this is part of the email I received last night (Sunday) just before midnight.

    [FONT=&quot]I have reviewed the case and found that it has automatically closed on your favour on 15th of January, 2015 issuing you with a full refund as a courtesy.     Just an update:

    Ebay still haven't done anything, Its still awaiting customer care but live chat said I'll eventually get my refund when they decide to process it with Paypal.

    Sent a tweet to paypal. Got a "not us guv" reply I replied and they refunded it and simply replied "it was an oversight on our part"
