Does this mean they can't refund me or has something happened?

No refund is showing in paypal. Against the original transaction it just says sent.
I won the case apparently on friday evening according to live chat.0 -
Have you had an ebay message from Ebay saying you have won. If so what does it say.
To be refunded, the seller needs to have funds, if they don't then it can bounce and you might need to chase it up.
So it really depends on what correspondence you have had with them.
Perhaps, you could elaborate a bit?0 -
Seller says they are sick and fluy and will refund then went silent. Ebay have sent me no emails. Everything has been relayed from livechat.0

Has the case been escalated? I think you said it was, but, if you have had nothing from eBay that sounds odd.

Last reply was the last message from the seller. I didn't have anything else from ebay.
On the resolution centre it says "You contacted Customer Support. Awaiting response."
then when you click in to it. the page says "The case is pending
Hang on, we're still reviewing your case
We'll be in touch with you soon"
But apparently according to livechat I've won but its stuck?0 -

The case says, they will be in touch soon. They will.
Wait for an eBay message, not an email, not livechat.
