Cashback website for sky broadband

Has anyone used previously these cashback website like quidco and topcashback. My broadband with sky going to expire this month and wondering if that is any good going through them to upgrade the broadband.

Often these cashback deals are for new customer not existing ones looking to renewal or upgrade. Best check cashback T&C0

I am also looking at doing this. I looked on Quidco and they have £125 cashback for existing customers upgrading to unlimited broadband. I had a live chat to them and said I have Sky tv with them and which offer should I takes and was told the existing upgrade deal as I am a sky customer and its not a new customer.
The T&C's are a bit confusing to say the least.
I have not looked at Topcashback or other sites.0
