Is this a good price for a chimney stack repair quote for South Wales?

Taking off the deteriorated flaunching on top of chimney and supply and fix a chimney pot and flue vent terminal including concreting.

Dressing back, sorting out pointing on stack where required and sealing of chimney flashings

Price includes scaffolding as it's a high stack style chimney on the side of the house.

With roofs problems are often not visible from the ground? A few simple things help
1/How did they diagnose what’s wrong?
2/If they went up there did they take pictures?
3/Height and access,

If they didn’t go up there and no pictures personally would'nt use them…ditto if they did go up and still no pics?

If you you get someone to do work and they haven't been up there and no pics don’t be surprised if they find more to do
