Hi,
Please forgive any ignorance but have never entered a forum before.
I parked in a car park behind a takeaway while I ordered some food, when I came back I had received a Parking Charge Notice for £100 stating I had parked in a disabled bay without a valid blue badge on display. I have not been to this car park for quite some time and didn't know it had now become a private car park. When I parked my car it was next to a small van and was very dark. When I got back to the car and read the notice I had a look for the disabled bay and although very pale and worn it was there. The ticket was issued at 20:08, is there anything I can do about this or do I just pay
