PAYE and Working From Home

Hi,

I've been wandering around online, but can't find a simple answer.

I currently pay tax by PAYE. I am home based - this is an integral part of the post.

I know I can claim back some tax for the expenses of working from home. But I can't see how to do it as someone who pays by PAYE. Is there a form somewhere that I can access, or do I send off a letter?

Thanks for any help - and sorry if I'm being a bit thick!
