Hi all,
Just thought I better let you know I just got an email from Tesco stating as of September statement I will no longer receive paper statements.......
''NEW: You will now only receive your statement online!
We are adding this new feature to your account shortly. Starting with your September statement we will no longer send you paper statements. Instead we'll send you an email to let you know when your statement is available to view online and we'll also email if there are any important changes to your terms and conditions so remember to keep your email address up to date.
If you want to continue to receive paper statements, or if you decide later that you miss your old paper statements, you can choose to reactivate them after we've made the changes by simply logging on to 'My accounts' and using the 'personal details' page.''
So going by the email, I will not be receiving a paper statement in September, but I can opt back into them AFTER Septembers statement.
Thought i'd better let you guys know.
TB

They initially advised about this a couple of months ago. You can revert to paper but have to go on-line to tick a box.0
