Ok, heres the story.
Neice buys xbox one for boyfriend with Fifa 15 download.
They split up, he returns XBOX one to her, ends on bad terms.
I being an all round good egg sold the console for her on ebay.
Buyer now on saying he cant access Fifa 15?
Has the boyfriend deleted it or how would the new seller not be able to see it?
I've no idea about XBox Ones....
Cant contact the boyfriend in question....
How does buyer thus access the game??

They can't. The game would have been registered to the players account, not the console.0
