hi guys, does the hsbc code generater lock you out if not used for a long time? wife tried hers to activate new debit card, but a preset 8 digit number and "lock pin" is on the screen? and cannot clear it to enter her pin ,so did it via auto phone, but cannot use pad to login online. she rarely uses it, just use mine, joint a/c.

hi colsten, the auto help is saying the key is locked, and need to generate a new pin?? but, trying to do so floowing their instructions aint working, so, better I ring them.:beer:
