Moving and replacing radiator

Hi,
New to forum so hoping you guys can help!

Looking to get some work done in out kitchen and utility. In essence moving and replacing one radiator (about 5ft from one wall another) and just replacing another (although not like for like it is on the same wall just wider pipe centres). All our pipe work is within stud walls down stairs (concrete floors), so access will be from upstairs with a degree of 'channelling' for new pipe work. We have been quoted £825 +Vat for the work including plaster, draining of system and refill/test. We are supplying radiators......

I think this looks quite high but I am struggling to get other quotes from other plumbers as a comparison because they are all busy (the ones we have been recommended)!

Thanks in advance.
