Noddle: Can't find a credit agreement

I use Noddle to monitor my credit report and previously noted on it an aged default (from circa 2012 with a mobile phone operator). I challenged the basis of the default with the Ombudsman which found in my favour, instructing the mobile phone operator to remove any adverse credit entries and compensate me.
All well so far however, when reverting to my credit report, I can no longer locate this credit agreement as having existed at all. I presume it should be within "Financial Account Information" and "Closed Accounts" but that doesn't display it.
Can anyone state the bleedin' obvious and tell me where I should be looking please?

If you asked for it to be removed and they agreed then you wont find it as its been removed0 -

The mobile phone operator was instructed only to remove adverse credit entries from a particular date and specifically not to remove the full entry as it represented a 3-year contract without issue and so it being removed is of detriment to me.
Am I right in thinking it should be where I had thought, i.e. within closed accounts?0 -
Yes would be under closed accounts. Was it always reported to Noddle? Not all mobile companies report to them.
Maybe get your statutory reports from Experian and Equifax also to check them. All that glitters is not gold.0
