Nest installation

Hey guys,

I think I'm pretty much decided on getting the Nest Thermostat, stand and Nest Protect but I'm just a bit confused on installation and can't find the answer anywhere.
It says on the website that the £250 for the thermostat includes professional installation but when I go to the "Find A Local Pro" link it says "Prices in Kidlington range from £75.00 to £124.00". Also, do you get it delivered and then arrange installation or does it all happen in one go? If you get it delivered first I'll have it sent to my work address or if in one go I'll get it delivered to my home address.
