House listed on zoopla as leasehold?

Hello! I'm due to go and view a house on Monday and was just doing a bit of nebby research before then... I spotted on zoopla it was listed as leasehold, however when I checked the land registry it is classed as a freehold?

It has a separate detached garage off the property so could it be the garage with the lease on it? Just trying to get my head round it :)

Or it could just be a zoopla/estate agent error. Ask when you go to view :)
  • My estate agent made errors selling my property. Just ask the agent.

Could it have been the freeholder's interest you were looking at rather then the vendor's?
  • I thought as much, I'll either ask Monday evening when I view it, or the EA when I ring on Monday afternoon. Thank you :)

It's listed on the land registry as freehold, there are other properties in the same street which are listed as both freehold and leasehold? So, I presume this property is freehold, with no lease on it?

My estate agents incorrectly advertised my house as leasehold and I had to tell them to change it so it is likely an error as others have said.
