Credit Manager from Barclays Bank

I Have a credit manager subscription and check my file monthly. They had recorded that I had missed two payments on my mortgage. (I haven't ) I called credit manager and they insisted their records were correct. I asked woolwich (our mortgage provider) why they had reported to credit manager they we were in arrears, Woolwich said they didn't and confirmed all payments were paid on time. I sent credit manager proof in bank statements and mortgage statements that we up to date, they finally changed the file to reflect this.this was May and July 2014 . Credit manager have again reported that we have missed January's 2015 payment, we haven't and I have the receipt. Woolwich say we have not missed any payments. How do ensure Credit Manager report correct information ? Incidentally Experians credit report does not show any missed payments ever

Credit Manager is just data from your CallCredit report is that not so?

It will be either them reporting in error data they are not actually getting, or the bank for some reason sending incorrect data to just callcredit. Both would be odd, but not completely unheard of.
