When is it best to switch electricity providers?
I have electricity only, no gas. At the beginning of December I switched to an npower deal that has no exit fees. I see current deals are up to £37 cheaper (isupplyenergy).
My question is: is this the right time to switch again, or should I wait for further price drops by other suppliers? Also, I am wary of switching to isupply due to their customer service track record. Are they still that bad or have they improved recently?
