Shameful. Whoever let this poor wee thing get into such a state wants horse whipping.

Poor wee soul, what I wouldn't do to the *******'* that let her get in to that condition. I wonder if there's any puppy farms in that area seeing as Bichons are a favourite of the puppy farmers.0

What would you suggest to replace the RSPCA?? Should this dog just have been left in the street?
Poor thing, glad it was saved.0 -

Forget the RSPA for a moment.
Is it acceptable to let a dog get into such a state? No it isn't, well not in my eyes. I have a Bichon Frise and believe me that poor dog would have been in agony. Knots pull the skin. It would take months of neglect to cause knots to form like that.
I am guessing that this poor little dog has suffered much more than we will ever know.
If you didn't find the condition of this poor wee dog disturbing then you have no heart.RIP TJ. You my be gone, but never forgotten. Exactly. They might not get it right all the time but without them, animals would be suffering a hell of a lot more.In fact we would still be watching bull baiting and other horrendous activities and thinking them ok.
If it wasn't for all the cruel individuals in this world who abuse and neglect animals we wouldn't need them in the first place.0
