Praise for Baxters Soup

On Wednesday I opened a can of Baxters hearty chicken and sweet corn chowder, and was immediately assailed by a very strong smell of garlic. It tasted so strong I couldn't eat it.

I went to their website and logged a complaint using the online contact form. I kept the tone nice and light, saying how normally Baxters was my favourite brand of soup and was disappointed at the poor standard this time.

Fast forward to today when I arrive home from work to an apology letter and £5 worth of vouchers for soup! Well done Baxters!
