My plan for the week -
    S - Out
S - Meatballs in gravy with sauteed potatoes
M - Cauliflower cheese with garlic bread
T - Picnic (out all day and eve)- Chicken salad sandwiches, mini picnic eggs, RF crisps
    W - Spaghetti bolognese
T - Sweet and sour pork with rice

I have everything in for these, I just need to roast the chicken for sandwiches. The other meals are already made and in the freezer, just need to cook rice / pasta / potatoes etc to go with them.
