    Not necessarily.

Reading the article then googling the guy's name + parking seems to suggest he was involved in PPCs in the past.

OK. I looked at the website and it just looked like an advert for this guy.

Not sure what relevance this has to anything though, OP is lacking in any real reason for pointing this out!

Possibly Andre burned his boats by setting up an appeals service!

What a load of bollox. Get a load of this:

"Andre is nothing if not enterprising. He used to work in tech, building websites and repairing mobile phones".

Yeah, 'cos building websites and repairing 'phones are really similar, right?

"but the emergence of super-cheap online competitors forced him into a rethink."

Or maybe he just wasn't very good at it? After all, forum members here have managed to set up not one but two appeals websites while Andre's has still been "undergoing final development and testing", and when he did (briefly) release it into the wild it was, erm, a bit shoite!

"He worked in parking enforcement for six years, where he honed the fine art of vehicle recovery"

That's the first time I've heard clamping and towing described as "recovery".

"and learnt his mechanic licks on the job by maintaining the company’s fleet of cars."

    Fleet? Really?

"The parking job was making me quite ill"

I imagine your victims felt much the same.

Still, shouldn't mind about him blowing his own trumpet, at least he's now gone from private parking world.

Is it possible to 'hone' to a 'fine art' the clamping of innocent motorist's vehicles?

Sorry, not spam, I work at the auction house in Wymondham where ntc started enforcement a while back. Just been interested since & wondering how/who is running things now. I read up a bit that andre was running ntc is all & whether it will change the company's dynamics.
just thought you might bexpect interested is all
