Problems with Animed direct

As per the title,
Has anyone had any problems with Animed Direct?
I have been trying for a few days now to order Stronghold for my dog. The web page will not let me say which pet it for, I have also uploaded a scrip for this product but the page keep saying it cannot find it. I have also tried to get through on the phone and keep getting no answer, realise they may be busy on the phone if the web page is playing up.

Try Viovet if you don't get any further, they sell prescription medicines and I can't rate them highly enough. Really fast delivery and the one time I did have an issue (web page wouldn't load after I entered my bank details) the girl on the phone was so helpful.

I've used them a few times for flea and worming products before without problem. I've got to order a prescription item this weekend so will see how I get on. Their closed now until Monday but you could email them with your problem, perhaps they had website issues today?

I have to say AD are one of the best companies I've ever dealt with - I've consistently ordered from them for a long time now & prices are good & the stuff arrives within a couple of days

I'd drop them an email as I've always had responses fairly quickly this way

If you're on FB they do have a page so it may be worth messaging them on there if you are

Could it be a browser issue? I remember one night we couldn't do the lottery, turned out they'd changed something and Chrome wouldn't work with the changes. Tried Firefox and it was fine.

I have emailed them and they did reply.

I still cant order or get through on the phone :mad:
Will try and use IE perhaps it's Chrome it doesn't like, thankyou for that suggestion. I have used them a lot in the past when I had my oldie.

I've used them with no bother, but have also used Viovet too so maybe worth trying them?

Glad it worked, perhaps you could email and let them know they have a problem with whichever browser

Hi Harry's Nan

I just wanted to update you following my previous post as I've just placed my prescription item order. I also had problems uploading a pic both from my iPad and android phone, I wasn't sure of the format of my pics so called Animed. The guy I spoke to advised me to email the prescription pic to them with my order number in the subject line which I have done. During the order process I used the "fax" option when prompted for the method of sending the prescription.

Pleased you got your order through finally, but hope the email option helps if someone else has the same issue.
