Simply comment on the blog answering the following question:
“What do you spend your cashback earnings from TopCashback on?"
States entry ends 10.59* the following morning, and the new daily question should then appear after 11am
*NOTE THAT IT ALSO SAYS IN TERMS: Entrants must enter the competition as detailed in clause 4 by 23:59 on the day of the competition. Entries on other areas of the TopCashback website will not be counted. To be on the safe side I would suggest you make your comment before midnight every day!!

After you have clicked on the link click on Blog home, then click Read more just under the 10 years of cashbash & it should bring up the form for you to add a post (It worked for me)
