Unauthorised Debit Card Transaction

I recently put my Visa debit card on file with Amazon.co.uk in the selling department (which I alter decided not to bother with), and I have just received an unexpected charge of £30.00.
Is there anything I can do about this as I was not aware of such a charge until they e-mailed me that the payment had been taken.
