Is there a way to find out who has POA

Without going into to much detail is there a way to find out who if anyone has Power of Attorny?
A family member is now not physically of mentally able to look after themselves and is currently in hospital. Since they was admitted all their papers have been taken by a family member however we do not believe they have POA and by removing the will etc is stopping us proving this.

The will has nothing to do with PoA. PoA ceases on death anyway.Without going into to much detail is there a way to find out who if anyone has Power of Attorny?
