Thanks for your reply . I am sorry can you explain to Me what you wrote and what it exactly means ? Just want to be very clear before we speak to them . The report is only one page for all the item very brief ( I was expecting very detailed considering the amount of time they took ) one line for each item description weight and valuation in pounds .
