Nest - Hive - Plumbing New Zones+ Wiring

My goal is to have a 2-zone central heating system that I can control from an android mobile phone or PC. Presumably Nest/Hive based.

I live in a house with two floors. I think the place where the pipes go upstairs for the central heating are accessible. I have a dedicated gas boiler and most radiators have thermostat valves

I think I want a plumber to install
1. a bridge/bypass and a valve - to allow a valve to turn off the upstairs. (1 hour?)
2. Install a nest/hive compatible valve (30 mins?)

and
then need to
3. replace the downstairs WIRED thermostat (1 hour?) and4
4. Add a wireless upstairs thermostat (30 mins?)

Does that sound right? how much should it cost please and should I use the manufacturer's own service (which I guess won't cover what I want to do)

can I do it myself? I'd rather not do the plumbing so I don't know if the person who adds the valve would need to install the nest/hive valve at the same time.

Many thanks in advance for any help
