Quick Sale Companies

Has anyone had any experience of buying from a quick sale company?
In your experience are they more likely to be negotiable over a price?

Very negotiable, anywhere between 70 and 75% of the true market value!0

That seems optimistic. Also, be prepared for them to drop their offer just before exchange.0 -
1. Use the forum search
2. Don't
3. Advertise with an estate agent at less than market price and it will sell quickly0 -
Just to clarify, I'm looking at buying a property through an estate agent, that is being sold by a quick sale company. I'm not looking at selling a property to them.0

Surely it would be worth trying with an EA first, reducing the price from EA estimate straight away to say 90% or 80% of the estimates and still get more than from one of these quick sale companies.
Edit: just saw your post, forget this0 -
Lol, doesn't anyone read before replying.
I bought my property off a company that did deals on sheltered accommodation. They were in a real hurry as they wanted to keep the cashflow going and insisted everything happened fast (we did whole thing in 5 weeks). The positive...they paid £150k, was up for £145, I offered £130k as a cheeky offer. I actually felt bad and rang the agent up to say I know its a bit low, the agent said it was, but they will accept £132k. So...good way to get a bargain as they will want the turnover.0 -

Doesn't anybody check the times of posts before replying
and realise that given the times of posts were 1 minute apart then both were probably typing at the same time. 0 -
