Lake district Easter

Hi,

Any suggestions for a house to rent in Lake district for 3 nights during Easter?
Couple with a 13 years old daughter.

i would not recommend Lakelovers - terrible customer service.

i would recommend Bowness-on-Windermere for a base, if you haven't already got a location in mind. we stayed there last April and it was espcially nice on an evening to wander round - plenty of people, popular restaurants and pubs, and there's also access to the lake where we fed the ducks (we live a rock 'n roll life ... lol)

I stayed here last summer and would recommend -

As it's a traditional Lakeland slate miner's cottage the stairs are very steep, but are manageable. Other than that it was ideal.
