Ocado Voucher - Strange offer.

This morning I received an email from Ocado claiming that a person I recommended had their shopping delivered, and they've rewarded me £20 off my next shop.
But here's the thing: 1) I never recommended anyone, 2) the min spend is £80.
The cynic in me is thinking that Ocado are sending these vouchers out en masse claiming to reward people, when it's just another ploy to get more bodies into their stores.
Anyone else receive this type of email?
