I booked a hotel room with these people last Wednesday and they claim on their website that they get back to you within a day with booking confirmation. It's now five days later, they have my credit card details and their website claims my payment is being processed, but I'm yet to receive any confirmation. I've e-mailed them, but no reply; and can't find a telephone number on their website. Does anyone have any advice about what I should do next...? Thanks!

go to the "my booking section" hopefully you took a note of the reservation no.
You should be able to see your booking there.
If theres no phone no and they wont respond to your emails, then cancel the booking. Either do it via "My bookings" or if you cant, contact your CC provider.

How do I know my reservation is confirmed?
We will send you a confirmation email after you complete your reservation. This email will include the dates of your reservation and the price. You may also confirm your reservation online by accessing.

How can I cancel my booking?
You can cancel your booking 5(five) business days prior your check-in to the hotel. All you need to do is visit "My Booking" section and request a cancellation. Please note that you may face partial or full penalties if you would like to cancel your booking within the last 5 days.

I am currently looking at book a hotel through Hotel-Board.com. They have really good rates, almost too good. Has anyone ever used this site? I believe you did, did it work for you?

Have not used this company but comparing prices against Travel supermarket you may find {dependent on where you want to go} that Travelsupermarket may quote cheaper

If you want a contact number, then see the Whois HERE It has the owner of the website listed, but be warned, he's in Turkey! Also has email addy for him.

Oh, and a google for them shows this thread at number 3, all following it seem to be link exchanges. Not so well known then.

At least you could claim back from CC if needs be. Have you calle dthem yet to confirm payment?

Used them before, they do send out confirmations pretty soon along with the hotel voucher. Generally their rates are not bad, but depending on the country you are visiting, other sites might beat them.
