I've been in a bit of a wrangle with Vanquis for a while and have finally squeezed an email address out of them for the purposes of easier communication. Anyway, if anyone needs it, it's -

Same here, can't phone and online access has been blocked.

hi, GREAT!!!!!. just emailed vanquis and got a response in seconds.WOW!!!.tp@vanquisbank.co.uk to contact vanquis. I can't stand it when I can't get in touch with institutions as email is so clear and doesn't give away how upset you are before they've tried to do something for you. Invariably the thing you want to discuss is not in FAQs and they don't tend to have a feedback drop-down without corraling you under something else that's not quite what you want to talk about. Very frustrating and time consuming. I now close my account when I can't email as it costs so much time if not money phoning and hanging on
