Followed the advice to newbies thread, used the keeper template to appeal against NTK after going over free parking timescale whilst shopping at Aldi, below are links to ParkingEye responses

Respond to them saying "The Driver" no longer has any proof of postage as cash was used. I look forward to receiving a POPLA Code

And raise a complaint with BPA that you have received a stalling letter from PE ... they should either accept your appeal, or reject it and issue a POPLA code. Sending a stalling letter to ask for more info is not allowed.0
