Ok thanks, i will follow the advice and get a complaint into the SRA.

I suggest a Subject Access Request, under the Data Protection Act 1998

Should i email the IAS With this first, telling them that i have every right to know who is signing this or go straight for the SRA Complaint?

On the SRA Website, would it be Reporting an individual or firm? (As you can tell I'm not completely clued up on this, hence looking for help)
