Hi,

Please see attached e mail. The links do not work.
I am getting three or more e mails from this sender a day in my Hotmail account junk folder. I have added to my blocked senders list but can't seem to block this address?

I know I can open new e mail account, however this is inconvenient.
Do you have any suggestions I could try?

Thankfully, I have no need to use their product <LOL>

Yeah, just check your junk folder from time to time for false positives, mark the folder read and move on.

And why thinking about getting a new email address? Do you move houses every time you find junk in your letter box? To stay with this analogy, the landlord was even so kind to move the junk in the provided bin ;)

Or, create a Message Rule, to delete anything from that address, and set the deleted folder to be empty when you close.

Add this to your blocklist: "*@movingahead101.com" and it will stop these emails. :)

Thanks for your suggestions> I have created message rule blocking subject and *@movingahead101.com . That works for other spam but doesn't work for this sender.

And next week it will be a different domain, just let the junk filter do its job.

I am well aware of how the junk filter works. Note: "Your junk email filter is set to exclusive."

The subject of my post is the block sender function is not working for multiple spam / day from this sender.

The point is, why worry? The junk filter is doing its job in stopping it getting to your inbox, the spammer will change domain as soon as the spam stops getting through and you will have to repeat the blocking.
