Hi I'm new to all this so hope I'm posting correctly. It's been confirmed that I'm owed PPI but as the account has been passed to capquest they are refusing to help and say I must speak directly to capquest is this correct, thanks for any help

In your other post you said Littlewoods have confirmed you are "owed" money - do you mean you put in a PPI complaint and they confirmed you were miss-sold?
Littlewoods still have responsibility for the sale (as it's a miss-sale) but if you owe them money because you defaulted on payments then they can use any PPI refund against your debt - there are some circumstances though where the debt management company has to do the PPI claim but I'm not 100% on that situationSam Vimes' Boots Theory of Socioeconomic Unfairness:
