ITEM 9: DRAW DETAILS


On Thursday 22nd January 2015 one winner will be selected at 15:00 on the stations referenced in ITEM 2.
One additional online winner will be selected by random draw after the competition closing date and time and will be contacted by a Bauer employee.
The winners will be chosen at random by electronic random draw.
If the designated Bauer media contact is unable to reach the selected winner by telephone, Bauer Media reserves the right to select another winner and repeat this process until a selected winner can be contacted.
The winners must be willing to be brought to air in order to claim their prize.
ITEM 10: WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT
The on air winners will be announced on air on Thursday 22nd January between 06.00-10.00 for the first draw and 15.00-19.00 for the second draw.

The online winner will be selected after the closing date by random draw and will be contacted by a Bauer employee. This winner will not be announced on air.

• Participants may enter the Competition more than once.
• The Promoter has the right to disqualify participants if it reasonably believes participants have breached any of the Terms.
• If there is any misunderstanding, mistake or dispute concerning the operation of the Competition, including the correctness or acceptability of any answers given by winner(s), or the operation of any technical/communications system, the Promoter’s decision shall be final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into on this subject.
