my son is moving into his first rental property in couple of weeks and he wants a phone put in, he only wants broadband but it seems easier and as cheap too have both.
im fine with haggling my own deals but he will probably need a new line, where not sure what has happened to the previous elderly lady's line before she went into a home, this will come to light in the next week or so hopefully.
so what i need advice on is getting a new line from scratch, if anyone can help and the best deals.

Broadband requires a phone line and line rental unless on VM cable .
Look for the master socket and plug a phone in.0
