I am looking at car insurance and the cheapest quote is with Quote Me Happy . Com (underwritten by Quote Me Happy Insurance). The policy meets my needs but not aware about service levels or claims experience for the company - is anyone able to assist please?

Subsidiary of Aviva (aka Norwich Union), supposed to be their new fast/ dynamic business thats unshackled from the slow lumbering beast that an organisation like Aviva becomes.

Feedback can easily be found but I'd somewhat filter out the initial teething problems they inevitably had. Obviously be aware that its designed as an "internet only" type setup which in theory has a cost saving which you appear to be seeing but does mean there arent 10,000 call centre agents for you to call if you dont fancy doing things online.
