Appealing and paying

Help please! I was parked in a loading bay in Brick Lane waiting to load and was called around the corner instead to load up. I have received a parking ticket which I appealed against and explained that I stopped with the intension of loading but plans changed. I can appeal again but the fine doubles if I loose. Can I pay the lower amount but say that I'm not admitting guilt and I'm still appealing? Unfortunately this happened 3 times in the same week so I have 3 tickets!!!
Thanks!!!
Thanks!!!

If this is a council ticket, you should head over to Pepipoo for the best advice on dealing with it.
If its a private ticket, you need to read the Newbies Sticky carefully and forget all that rubbish about "paying it"0
