Cost of Buildings Plans Drawings for Loft Conversion

hi there hope someone can help me we're trying to get building plans drawn asap to put forward to the council for a loft conversion (quite straightforward).
I'm getting quoted anywhere from 800 to 2k+
The £800 cannot fit me in until mid February which is an issue I need to submit to the council asap.
Any suggestion where to look for reasonable quotes ?
The bungalow is in Woking.
Thanks

Are you building outwards very far with this loft conversion or have you had permitted development rights taken away?
Only asking as loft conversions are usually permitted development.Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.
