Private Parking fine - Retail Park Ferry rd Cardiff

Please can you help and advise me, I stopped outside Boots chemist on double yellow lines to drop off my elderly mother and sat in the car with engine still running for 2 minutes whilst waiting for her.
10 days later I received notice of a parking fine & photo from NEW GENERATION Parking management .
Do you think I should pay this notice .

    exactly, so if its from a private company (not the council) on a private retail park (not the public road) read and follow the advice in that NEWBIES sticky thread, - that is why it is there, for people like you to read and follow - one place, all the answers
