Best way to establish fair price

    Thanks. That's we have been doing so far, seems to correlate but I'll not put to much attention into the sq ft price :)

    Yes that's exactly why I looked into it, there have been a few houses pop up with the price per square foot highlighted on the photos to promote how good they were.
